2027 Life time Miami Marathon

January 31, 2027 in Miami, Florida

Team BLG is excited to be participating in the 2027 Lifetime Miami Marathon! Our first year in this race, this event is a USATF-certified single course loop taking runners through downtown to Miami Beach and through Coconut Grove. The mostly flat course at sea-level includes gentle inclines across bridges and causeways. Plus, it is a qualifying event for the Abbott WMM Marathon Tours & Travel Age Group World Championship. 

2027 Cycle For Survival

Team BLG is once again racing for rare cancer research at the 2027 Cycle for Survival! This event is THE party of the year where teams take turns on a stationary bike to raise funds for research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). This event is particularly special to BLG as Gabe received personalized cancer treatments and participated in an immunotherapy clinical trial. With each event hosted at an Equinox Fitness Club locations across the country , this year our teams will have bikes in the following cities: 

• Boston - Saturday, February 27

• New York City - Saturday, March 13

• Philadelphia - Saturday, February 20 

2027 TCS London Marathon

April 24-25, 2027 in London, England

For the first and only time, the 2027 TCS London Marathon will be split into 2 days, welcoming 100,000 participants to the world's biggest annual fundraising event. This World Marathon Major features a flat course through this historic city, crossing the iconic Tower Bridge and passing by Big Ben and Trafalgar Square along the way. The Brave Like Gabe Foundation is excited to have charity bibs for Saturday, April 24, 2027. This is your chance to participate in what could be a once in a lifetime event and raise money for rare cancer research at the same time!

2027 Copenhagen Marathon

May 9, 2027 in Copenhagen, Denmark

Join us in Scandinavia this spring at the 2027 Copenhagen Marathon! This single-loop course features minimal elevation making it ideal for runners chasing PRs! Run through historic streets, shimmering canals and wide boulevards. Team BLG has guaranteed bibs to this race you won’t want to miss.

2027 Grandma’s Marathon

June 18-19, 2027 in Duluth, Minnesota

A world class event featuring small town charm, Team BLG will once be participating in the 51st Annual Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth! From Two Harbors to Duluth, this race features scenic views of Lake Superior, the largest freshwater lake in the world, and takes you through the heart of downtown Duluth to historic Canal Park. We have guaranteed bibs for all distance options including 5K, half marathon and full marathon, runners also have the option of taking the half or full challenge.

2027 TCS Sydney Marathon

August 29, 2027 in Sydney, Australia

For the second year in a row, Brave Like Gabe is thrilled to be an official charity partner of the TCS Sydney Marathon on August 29, 2027. The Sydney Marathon is a major international road race that has joined the prestigious Abbott World Marathon Majors. The course begins in North Sydney, crosses the Sydney Harbour Bridge, passes iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House, and concludes near the Opera House itself. The Sydney Marathon is an Olympic Legacy event, having been the only event to use part of the course from the 2000 Games.

2027 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon

October 16-17, 2027 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Team BLG is excited to be participating in the 2027 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon as an official charity partner! This race is Canada’s premier fall running event and the grand finale of the Canada Running Series. Run through the downtown core and along the waterfront, through dozens of iconic Toronto neighborhoods.

October 2-4, 2026 in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota

The Brave Like Gabe Foundation is honored to be an Official Charity Partner for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend Events. We have guaranteed bibs to the 10 Mile, Half Marathon, and the Marathon. Don’t miss this race known as the The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America®, winding through downtown districts and crossing the Mississippi River!

October 22-25, 2026 at Walt Disney World® Resort

Take a delicious tour of the (Disney) World at the 2026 runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend! Brave Like Gabe has guaranteed bibs to all race distances (5K, 10K, and Half Marathon) in addition to The Challenge (10K and Half Marathon on successive race days).

Unfortunately we are at full capacity for this event. You can still fundraise and participate on Team Brave Like Gabe if you have acquired a bib.

REGISTRATION CLOSED - 2026 Irish Life DuBlin Marathon

October 25, 2026 in Dublin, Ireland

The Irish Life Dublin Marathon is a one-lap, 26.2-mile (42.2 km) race through Dublin's city center that passes numerous landmarks. Runners follow a largely flat course, starting near Fitzwilliam Street Upper and finishing at Merrion Square, passing through areas like the historic Liberties, St. Stephen's Green, and the city's Georgian streets. The fundraising minimum is $1,500 per runner.
